Making a Booking
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure the vehicle and schedule you need. A booking is only confirmed once our team accepts it — through an official quotation, email, WhatsApp message, invoice, or booking reference. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability until we confirm it.
What We Need From You
Accurate details help us plan your journey properly and avoid delays:

Changes and Cancellations
You can request changes to a confirmed booking by contacting our support team — the earlier, the better. Changes depend on vehicle and driver availability, and requests made shortly before pickup may not always be possible.
Cancellations should also be made as early as possible. Cancellation terms vary by service type, booking duration, and season, and cancellation fees may apply in some cases. Any refund due will follow the terms agreed at booking. We recommend reviewing the cancellation terms before confirming a reservation.
Some services may require advance booking or a minimum rental period, depending on the vehicle, distance, or season. Our team will let you know if this applies during the quotation process.
Payment Terms
By confirming a booking, you agree to pay the amount stated in your quotation, invoice, or booking confirmation. Prices are shown in the agreed currency and may include applicable taxes, tolls, or parking fees where relevant.

Deposits and Balances

Late Payments
Corporate accounts are expected to pay within the agreed credit period. Late payment may result in administrative charges or a hold on future bookings. If you're facing a payment issue, contact our accounts team early so we can work out a solution together.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the booking type, cancellation timing, and payment status. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible; processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
Customer Responsibilities
A smooth, safe journey depends on both sides. Customers agree to:
- Provide correct passenger numbers, pickup and drop-off details, and travel dates
- Share emergency contact information and any special requirements in advance
- Follow the driver's safety instructions throughout the journey
- Treat drivers, staff, and fellow passengers with respect
- Stay seated while the vehicle is moving, avoid distracting the driver, and keep emergency exits clear
Behavior that puts others at risk or interferes with safe driving may result in the journey being ended without a refund. Customers are also responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their group during the rental — repair or cleaning costs may be charged accordingly.
Our Drivers
Our drivers represent Noor Islam Passenger Transport on every trip, and we hold them to a clear standard: professional conduct, respectful communication, and safe driving that follows UAE traffic law at all times.
Drivers plan the most practical route available, though travel time can vary with traffic, road closures, weather, or specific instructions from the customer. A driver may also decline any request that would put passenger safety at risk or break UAE law — this isn't negotiable, and it's there to protect everyone on board.
Vehicles and Maintenance
We aim to provide the exact vehicle booked, but availability can be affected by maintenance, operational needs, or unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we'll offer a similar or upgraded vehicle with comparable seating wherever possible, to keep any disruption to a minimum.
Every vehicle in our fleet goes through routine mechanical checks, scheduled maintenance, cleaning, and safety inspections to meet UAE transportation standards. If a vehicle develops a mechanical issue mid-service, we'll arrange a replacement or alternative transport as quickly as we can.
Pickup, Waiting Time, and Additional Charges
Please be ready at the agreed pickup point before the scheduled time — this keeps the whole schedule on track for everyone traveling that day.
Drivers allow a reasonable complimentary waiting period, starting from the confirmed pickup time; waiting beyond that period may incur extra charges. If you're running late, contact our operations team right away using the number on your booking confirmation — we'll do what we reasonably can to accommodate you, though a long delay may affect the rest of the schedule or require adjustments.
Extra charges may apply for things like extended waiting time, added stops, route changes, additional travel hours, parking, or tolls. We'll let you know about any additional charges in advance whenever possible, because our goal is transparent pricing, not surprises.
Liability
We take passenger safety seriously and maintain our fleet and drivers to high standards. That said, Noor Islam Passenger Transport is not responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as traffic, road closures, extreme weather, or events outside our operations. We are also not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left in our vehicles.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services will be handled in accordance with UAE law.
